I wouldn't recommend Patreon if you want to draw NSFW. You should use SubscribeStar instead because Patreon is more prone to guideline changes regarding what material is allowed. I don't think you should currently worry about monetization on such a platform. I believe commissions would be a better option. You should focus on drawing what you like and what interests you.
Don't ask the question to a random audience; ask specifically to those who are already invested in your genre. You are skilled in creating art, you will find more success by interacting more with people in your niche.
